PARENTAL CARE NURSERY AND PRIMARY SCHOOL BUSHENYI LAUNCHES PEACE CLUB
Aiming at grooming future peace keepers and creators, Parental Care Nursery and Primary School Bushenyi on the 22nd September, 2025 launched a Peace Club.
The peace club was launched in partnership with Rotary Club International and Cry Peace Canada.
The Guest speaker of the day; Carole St. Laurent, (BSc, MES, Diploma in Peace & Conflict Studies Founder, CryPeace, Rotary Peace Fellow) asked the pupils to be ambassadors of Peace wherever they go.
“Our families, communities, countries and regions at large can live in peace if we all become peace ambassadors. The need for peace should be understood by everyone, everywhere and disseminating this need begins with you.” She said.
A committee of eight members chaired by H.E Mugabe Ariyo was selected with Arinaitwe Leah as his vice. The current cabinet will be ran under the theme “Raising a generation of peace”
